Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Ivy House tags attached to be eligible for a return.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue an electronic gift card via email within 5-7 business days for use on your next boutique find.
