Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items are final sale.

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate pieces from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to let you know if an item runs true to size, small, or oversized.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Ivy House Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations soon.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
